Vishnu

Nepal - Bronze - hight 12cm - 17th century

Bronze casting dark and varnished representing probably a variant nepalese of Hindu god Vishnu.

In posture given on a narrow base to Fior di Loto single in turn resting on a pedestal rectangular, shows twelve arms, each of whose hands carries an attribute.

Behind the head crowned opens a range of snakes Naga, while the whole figure is surrounded by a halo adorned.
